Runstitching and cutting with separate driven edge trimmer
Absolutely identical small parts (e.g. flaps or waistband extentions) and peak lapels are the speciality of the 272-740642. This is accomplished by a sewing template that you can manufacture yourself easily and inexpensively using our construction kit. The flaps and the peak lapels are accurately sewn and cut along this template. To realise a perfect fit of the lapel the necessary fullness is distributed at the same time. The edge trimmer has a separate drive so that corners and curves are also perfectly cut. It can be operated with two cutting speeds ensure in a constant quality even with different materials.
